When Will My Photos Be Online?

Frontier City, Silver Dollar City, Hersheypark, Galveston Pleasure Pier?

If your pictures were taken at Frontier City (Oklahoma City, OK), Silver Dollar City (Branson, MO), Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier (Galveston, TX) or Hersheypark (Hershey, PA) then your pictures should be online the following day. Click on See My Photos, enter your username (FRC for Frontier City guests, SDC for Silver Dollar City guests, GPP for Galveston Pleasure Pier Guests, or HER for Hersheypark Guests) and your password (located beneath the barcode on your order card), type in your email address, and press login.

Ye Old Time Photos at Scarborough Renaissance Festival or Texas Renaissance Festival or Photos with Santa?

If your pictures were taken at Scarborough Faire (Waxahachie, TX), Texas Renaissance Festival (Plantersville, TX), or Photos with Santa (Southlake, TX) then your pictures should be online the tuesday following the weekend you visited us. Click on See My Photos, enter your username (SRF for Scarborough Renaissance Festival, TRF for Texas Renaissance Festival in the studio, JPS for Texas Reaniassance Festival front gate, or SLC for Photos with Santa in Southlake, TX) and your password (located beneath the barcode on your order card), type in your email address, and press login.

My Photos are not online, what now?

Ashley Nostalgia provides our guests a chance to view their photos online for a minimum of 30 days from the date the photo was taken – and in many cases they are online up to a full year. Taking a photo at one of our studios does not guarantee your image will appear online due to circumstances beyond the control of Ashley Nostalgia.

Are you having an issue finding the link to find your pictures? Click on See My Photos here or at the top of any of our primary pages. A new page should launch with a login screen. Enter your user name, password, and email then press “Login.”
“Sorry, we couldn’t find your pictures!” appears?
Please make sure your Username and Password is correct and try again. If you receive the message again, please call us (972) 723-5071 Monday-Friday 9:00A.M. – 5:00 P.M (CST). We will be happy to help you find your pictures by contacting the studio and have them upload your pictures.

Ashley Nostalgia will make every reasonable effort to have our customers’ images online in a timely manner; however, events beyond our control may prevent or delay the time it takes for images to appear online. Our online image service is not guaranteed to work for every customer. Images may not be available if they were taken 365 or more days previous. If your image does not appear online within three (3) business days of the time it was taken, please use the “contact us” button.

I think I may have the wrong password?

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and scroll to the right.  Many of our front gate photo operations have more than one group under a single password.  If your photo isn’t in the group, it is possible you were given the wrong card and we just need to help you locate yours.

How many people were in your party (adults, children, approximate age)?
What costume era were you wearing?
What set were you on?

We will attempt to find your pictures and give you your Username and Password.
